My love for photography began in Maine. The rocky coastlines, quiet forests, and salty ocean air made me want to hold onto the feeling of a place. Maine was my first love and the place that taught me to slow down, look closely, and appreciate the beauty in the world around me.
Now I’m a travel loving photographer based in Woodstock, Georgia, fueled by curiosity and a deep love for adventure. As I traveled across the United States and throughout Europe, I started bringing a camera along to capture the people I met, the landscapes I experienced, and the moments that make you pause and smile. The wind in your hair, laughter between friends and family, and the kind of views that make you stop and take it all in. Living in Germany shaped the way I see the world and helped me appreciate both the big adventures and the quiet everyday moments.
Along the way, I fell in love with photographing unique stays during our travels across the U.S. and Europe. Cozy cabins, thoughtfully designed homes, and one of a kind places that reflect the spirit of where they are. I love capturing spaces in a way that helps people imagine what it feels like to actually be there.
Even though my camera has taken me all over, it always goes back to Maine. That is where it all started and where my love for capturing the world first began.
These days I’m living in Germany with my husband, adventuring all over Europe and photographing micro-weddings and destination portrait sessions for visitors of the beautiful places across the continent. Some days I have to pinch myself to remember I’m not dreaming.
Since we’re smack-dab in the middle of Europe, we feel like the whole world is at our fingertips and we’re going to explore and discover all new foodie-finds—we’ll share them with you (and the best places to go no matter what you’re craving), I promise!—every chance we get!
No matter where in the world we are, you’ll also probably find us with our sweet golden-mix, Riley, exploring our quaint village, hiking the trails, taking a dip in the lake or river, or relaxing in a hammock taking in the sounds of nature.
The urge and desire to travel to unknown places; being homesick for a place you've never been; wanderlust.
noun. (German)
You are ready for an adventure—but savor the journey—cherishing all of the memories made along the way, and believe that true peace is found in the mountains or by the ocean.
There’s something magical about traveling — that feeling when your senses are flooded with new sounds, smells, and sights, and you realize you’re somewhere entirely unfamiliar. It’s exhilarating, humbling, and alive.
But for me, it’s not just about the landscapes (even though I can never resist a good view). It’s about the people. The shared smiles. The unspoken understanding that we’re all connected, no matter how far apart our worlds seem.
Travel pushes you to grow. To get uncomfortable. To do the wild things that make your heart race — like jumping out of planes or diving into oceans. It’s about learning, about perspective, and about being endlessly curious.
