HOW IT WORKS
You've done the research and thoroughly stalked my instagram and are ready to go on an adventure of your own. That's awesome! Inquire about your session and you'll hear back from me within 48 hours!

Questionnaire
I'll send you a short questionnaire for you to fill out so that I can get to know you better and what your needs might be.

Proposal
I'll send you a customized proposal for you to review once I receive your questionnaire back. If you have any questions, concerns or tweaks that you want to make, feel free to email me. If everything looks good, you'll be ready to book!

Booking
To make things official, I require a 50% deposit and signed contract to secure your date.

Planning your session
Some sessions require a bit more planning than others, but just know that we will set up a time to chat 2-3 weeks before your session to go over all the details and make sure we are good to go! Planning ahead = a stress-free and fun day together!

YOUR SESSION
The day we finally get to hangout in person! We'll spend approximately 1-3 hours together (depending on what type of session you choose) roaming around Europe and discovering a few hidden gems along the way. I'm all for wandering the cobble stone streets of Paris, hiking the Swiss Alps, taking a gondola ride in Venice, or even taking a stroll through your charming German village. There is so much beauty all around us and I'll be there to capture it all.

PHOTO DELIVERY
After your session, I'll be hard at work curating and editing your images. You’ll receive a sneak peek within one week and then you’ll receive a link to your full online gallery within 2-3 weeks where you can view, download, share, and print any of your high resolution digital files.

what is a LIFESTYLE SESSION?
A lifestyle session can be anything from fun photos in an epic location while you're traveling, on your honeymoon, taking an anniversary trip, or just because you're in a beautiful place. They are also family, maternity, and newborn photos. Whatever stage of life you're at, I want to capture it for you!
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Travel is at the heart of everything I do. My travel fees are calculated per location (flight, car and hotel) and are booked by me. Any photo location within a 50 km radius of Weselberg, Germany has no travel fee. To receive pricing info for your session, please fill out the inquiry form found here.
how many photos will I get?
Rather than aiming for a certain number, I focus on creating quality images that tell your story. That said, I average approximately 30-40 images per session. This also depends on the amount of hours of coverage.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
I will deliver a sneak peek within one week of your photo session. Full galleries are delivered 2-3 weeks following your lifestyle session via an online photo gallery where you can view, download, share, and print any photos.
CAN YOU HELP US CHOOSE A LOCATION?
Definitely! I am constantly scouting out new locations for photo sessions. There are beautiful spots for all sorts of occasions and by getting to know you better through your questionnaire, we'll find the perfect destination!
CAN I POST MY IMAGES ONLINE (social media, magazine submissions, blogs, etc.)
Of course!! Images are meant to be shared. All I ask is that you give Erica Lauren Photography a little shout out when sharing your images on social media and/or other digital or print media. Please never attempt to alter the images in any way.
What IS A NATURAL LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHER?
This means that I use the light that already exists all around us. I avoid using artificial light sources (like flash) as much as possible because I like to capture things just as they are. Photographing people outdoors is my absolute favorite thing and when I shoot indoors, I make sure that there are plenty of windows in the room so that there is ample natural light flooding the room allowing me to create the light, airy, and colorful images you see in my work.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT BOOKING YOU?
A retainer fee of 50% of the total cost and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your photo session.
