Questionnaire
I'll send a short questionnaire for you and your fiancé to fill out together so that I can get to know you and your vision for your special day.

Proposal
I'll send you a customized proposal for you to review once I receive your questionnaire back based on your needs for your wedding day. If you have any questions, concerns or tweaks that you want to make, feel free to email me. If everything looks good to go, you'll be ready to book!

Booking
To make things official, I require a 50% deposit and signed contract to secure your date.

LEADING UP TO THE BIG DAY
In the months leading up to your wedding day, I’ll check in with you to start talking all about the day-of timeline. We’ll also start figuring out all the important details that go into your wedding photography experience, including family portraits, special traditions, family heirlooms and so much more! This is the time when things start to become “real”!

ENGAGEMENT session
I absolutely love photographing engagement sessions. Your engagement is such a special time in your relationship and one that doesn’t last very long! Capturing those memories so that you can look back on this time of joy and anticipation is an essential part of your wedding photography experience—at least in my opinion! Now, I know what some of you may be thinking… “Erica, we live far away, how are we going to plan an engagement session before our destination wedding?” In this case, we can capture memories on your honeymoon or do a casual pre/post wedding shoot while you're in a dreamy location!

WEDDING DAY
Can you believe it’s actually here?! Your wedding day, the day you say, “I do!” to your best friend and celebrate the life you’re building together. It’s going to be an amazing day, and I’m so honored that I’ll be there right beside you to celebrate and capture each moment, from beginning to end, so that you have memories to last a lifetime!

PHOTO delivery
After your wedding day, while you go on your honeymoon and start settling into married life, I’ll be hard at work curating and editing your images to tell the story of your big day. You’ll receive a sneak peek within 1 week and then you’ll receive a link to your full online gallery within 6-8 weeks where you can view, download, share, and print any of your high resolution digital files.

what is a micro wedding?
An intimate affair, typically with no more than 50 guests. They still feature time-honored traditions that make a wedding but on a much smaller scale.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Travel is at the heart of everything I do. My travel fees are calculated per location (flight, car and hotel) and are booked by me. Any wedding within a 50 km radius of Weselberg, Germany or Alpharetta, Georgia has no travel fee. To receive pricing info for your wedding, please fill out the inquiry form found here.
how many photos will I get?
Rather than aiming for a certain number, I focus on creating quality images that tell your story. That said, I average approximately 500 images per wedding. This also depends on the amount of hours of coverage.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
I will deliver a sneak peek of your special day within 2 weeks of your wedding day. Full wedding galleries are delivered 8-10 weeks following your wedding day.
SHOULD I ADD A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
For weddings with over 50 guests, I require a second photographer. This ensures that everything runs smoothly and that we get everything captured on your wedding day. For smaller, more intimate weddings under 50 guests, I do capture a lot of them myself with two camera bodies; however, I’ve also shot many with a second photographer based on the needs of that specific couple’s wedding day. If you would like to discuss it further, feel free to reach out!
HOW DO I GO ABOUT BOOKING YOU FOR OUR DAY?
A retainer fee of 50% of the total cost and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the big day.

My Mission
To me, marriage is a lot like traveling. It’s a never-ending adventure with your best friend. It’s the deepest level of human connection and also about being uncomfortable and humble and striving to learn and understand all about the person to whom you’ve said “I do” to.
A destination micro wedding or elopement is the perfect way to represent all of the adventure that’s ahead of you after your big day. And I am so drawn to photographing each moment of the beginning of that adventure.
My mission as a photographer is to come alongside couples and celebrate their unique love. My goal is to support them through the wonderful-chaos of wedding planning, to walk as far as they want to find the perfect location, and most importantly, to capture each candid moment of the wedding day and preserve those precious, fleeting memories.
